Role Description The Collections Specialist role at HSE Contractors is a full-time, on-site position located in Ad-Duqqi. The individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing cash collection processes, communicating effectively with clients to ensure timely payments, and managing outstanding accounts receivable. The role involves tracking overdue payments, resolving disputes with professionalism and efficiency, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with the finance team to improve collection strategies. Qualifications Strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection expertiseExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills for resolving client inquiries and disputes with professionalismSolid understanding of Finance principles and practices relevant to the roleDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets is a plusAbility to work effectively on-site and collaborate with team membersMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional finance-related certifications or education are a bonus
