With consultants located nationwide, we provide tailored, high-quality services to meet the specific needs of every project.Role Description:We are seeking a Project Planning Engineer (Civil Background) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Giza. In this role, you will take full ownership of planning, scheduling, and project control functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and organizational requirements.You will play a critical role in driving project performance through advanced planning methodologies, progress monitoring, risk management, and effective reporting to senior management and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Lead the development, review, and maintenance of integrated baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectEstablish project WBS, calendars, resource loading, and cost-loaded schedules where requiredMonitor project progress, analyze schedule performance, and identify critical path impactsPrepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and mitigation strategiesPerform variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting (SPI, schedule slippage, completion dates)Support and lead claims management, including Extensions of Time (EOTs), delay analysis (Impacted As-Planned, Time Impact Analysis, etc.), and associated substantiationCoordinate closely with Project Managers, Construction Teams, Commercial Teams, and Senior ManagementAct as the primary planning interface with clients, consultants, and external stakeholdersEnsure planning deliverables align with contractual requirements, project controls procedures, and reporting standardsMentor junior planning engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes.
