United Elevators is hiring a Collections Specialist to join our Finance team.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections Previous experience in construction or real estate companies is preferred Strong knowledge of collections cycles, invoicing, and customer accounts High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Good communication and negotiation skillsKey Responsibilities: Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections Maintain accurate customer accounts and aging reports Coordinate with sales, projects, and finance teams regarding payments Prepare periodic collections and receivables reports Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with clients Ensure compliance with company policies and financial proceduresWorking Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMWorking Days: Sunday to ThursdayWork Location: Industrial Area, New Cairo
