We work with clubs, academies, brands, and governing bodies to deliver high-level football experiences while building sustainable commercial opportunities across the sports industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSponsorship & Business Development* Identify, approach, and close sponsorship agreements with brands across different sectors.* Develop tiered sponsorship packages tailored to each event and sponsor profile.* Own the full commercial pipeline from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.* Achieve and exceed revenue targets per tournament cycle.Partnership Development* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clubs, football federations, schools, academies, andgovernment sports bodies.* Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, MOUs, and collaboration frameworks.Proposals & Commercial Documentation* Responsible for developing the high-level content within our sponsorship documents and proposals, ensuring every presentation meets executive grade standards.* Draft commercial contracts, term sheets, and activation briefs in coordination with legal support.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE* 1-2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development preferably in sports, events, or media.* Proven track record of managing client accounts and closing sponsorship or commercial deals.* Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.* Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.Please send your CV to: opportunity@tournakick.com
