📍 Location: Nasr City, Cairo🕒 Employment Type: Full-TimeSkyTeam Aviation Academy is seeking a highly driven Commercial & Growth Manager to lead revenue growth, admissions performance, sales operations, and marketing alignment across the organization.The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with a deep understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, CRM management, and performance-driven growth strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial LeadershipLead and manage the Admissions and Sales Team to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets.Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase student acquisition and revenue growth.Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and admissions performance.Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and accountability systems for the commercial team.Coach, train, and develop admissions advisors and sales executives.Growth & Marketing AlignmentWork closely with the Marketing Team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.Analyze customer acquisition funnels and optimize the student journey.Support the development of lead generation campaigns across digital channels.Monitor marketing performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.Participate in campaign planning, market expansion, and growth initiatives.Business DevelopmentDevelop partnerships with schools, universities, organizations, and corporate clients.Identify new business opportunities and market segments.Support strategic growth initiatives and expansion projects.Reporting & AnalyticsMaintain CRM accuracy and reporting.Generate weekly and monthly commercial performance reports.Analyze sales, admissions, and marketing data to support decision-making.Forecast revenue and enrollment trends.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Management, Sales Management, Business Development, Growth, or Revenue Operations.Proven experience leading Sales and Admissions teams.Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Customer Acquisition.Experience in Education, Training, EdTech, Aviation, Services, SaaS, or High-Ticket Sales is highly preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Fluent English is preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing both Sales and Marketing functions.Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Odoo CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.Background in education, aviation training, professional training, or high-value service industries.Age preferred: Up to 40 years old.Residence preferred: Nasr City, Heliopolis, New Cairo, Sheraton, El Nozha, or nearby areas.
