The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing plans to promote Display Icon’s commercial fittings, display systems, decorations, office furniture, and CCTV solutions across appropriate channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitors, defining target segments, and positioning products and services effectively. The role will oversee campaign planning and implementation, including digital and traditional marketing, content creation briefs, social media direction, and coordination with external agencies or vendors. The Marketing Manager will track and report on key performance indicators, optimize campaigns based on data, manage the marketing budget, support sales with collateral and presentations, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.QualificationsProven experience in marketing management, preferably in B2B or related fields such as retail solutions, office furniture, or security systems.Strong skills in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital and offline channels.Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable plans.Competence in brand management, content briefing, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.Experience collaborating with sales teams to support lead generation, proposals, and promotional activities.Solid project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Comfort with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, basic reporting dashboards).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in El Obour, engage with internal teams and clients, and build strong professional relationships.
