Responsibilities• Trainer & Studio Liaison: Manage end-to-end communication with trainers, from initial outreach to contract signing and coordinating their recording sessions in the studio. • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary link between trainers and our internal content, design, and studio teams to ensure seamless project execution. • User Research: Conduct customer empathy sessions to identify client pain points and analyze findings to improve platform user experience. • Business Development: Prepare professional price quotations for tenders and manage ongoing relationships with key clients. • Grant Writing: Research funding opportunities and draft detailed proposals and "Safe Notes" to secure organizational growth. • Team Travel: Accompany the team on domestic trips across Egypt to support company initiatives and field operations. • Corporate Representation: Represent the company at conferences and industry events, engaging with potential partners and current clients. Requirements• Education: Open to graduates or current undergraduates from any field with a high degree of professional competence. • Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency (strong written and verbal communication for professional emails and reports). • Location & Mobility: Must be able to attend offline meetings in Heliopolis 1–2 days a week and be open to domestic travel. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a high capacity to learn new digital tools like AI quickly. • Accessibility: Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply and must possess a PWD card.
