We are seeking a creative and dynamic Communications & PR Specialist to support and strengthen the reputation and presence of the business across brands. This role will be responsible for executing strategic public relations, corporate communications, and impactful brand activations that enhance corporate image and brand equity.The ideal candidate will contribute to compelling storytelling across campaigns and help deliver engaging, "talk-of-the-town" experiences through innovative on-ground executions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, brand teams, and external agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of PR, corporate communications, and brand activation strategies across multiple brands. Contribute to building and maintaining a strong corporate reputation and positive brand presence. Develop compelling content, messaging, and storytelling for campaigns, media communications, events, and corporate initiatives. Coordinate with PR agencies, media partners, and external vendors to ensure effective campaign execution and media coverage. Assist in planning and delivering high-impact activations, events, and experiential marketing initiatives. Collaborate with brand teams and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and brand messaging. Monitor media coverage, campaign performance, and public sentiment to identify opportunities and insights. Support the creation of press releases, communication materials, presentations, and internal communications. Ensure timely execution of campaigns while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency. Stay updated on industry trends, media landscape, and emerging communication opportunities. RequirementsBachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, brand communications, or marketing activations. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent storytelling abilities. Experience working with PR agencies, media partners, and event vendors is preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and activation concepts. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with media monitoring, social media, and communication tools is a plus. Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
