Role Description The Compliance Section Head Pharmaceutical is a full-time, on-site role based in Badr City. This role is responsible for leading the compliance function, ensuring that all operations, processes, and documentation align with applicable pharmaceutical regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards. Day-to-day activities include developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, monitoring regulatory changes, and translating requirements into practical procedures. The position oversees compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments, and coordinates corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments. The Compliance Section Head also prepares compliance reports for senior management, delivers training and awareness sessions, and acts as a key contact for regulatory and legal compliance matters within the organization.QualificationsStrong experience in compliance management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, demonstrating the ability to build, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs.Proficiency in regulatory compliance and regulations, with a solid understanding of national and international pharmaceutical standards and guidelines.Sound knowledge of legal compliance requirements, including the ability to interpret legal texts and translate them into operational policies and procedures.Advanced analytical skills, with the capability to assess risks, interpret complex data, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Law, Regulatory Affairs, or a related scientific field; relevant certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs are an advantage.Proven leadership experience, including managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, policies, and training materials.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical conduct and continuous improvement.
