 Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and legal agreements. Review client, supplier, and subcontractor contracts and provide legal recommendations. Handle and follow up on legal cases, disputes, and litigation matters involving the company. Represent the company before governmental authorities and regulatory bodies when required. Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization. Manage labor law matters, internal investigations, and legal memoranda. Ensure compliance with Egyptian laws, regulations, and industry requirements. Follow up on company licenses, registrations, and legal documentation. Prepare legal notices, claims, responses, and settlement agreements. Manage contractual claims and disputes related to construction projects. Coordinate with external legal consultants and law firms. Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and documentation.  Bachelor's Degree in Law. 5–7 years of experience in Legal Affairs. Previous experience in Construction or Landscaping companies is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Corporate Law, and Construction-related regulations. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing commercial and construction contracts. Experience in handling litigation and legal disputes. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications Experience with FIDIC contracts is a strong advantage. Experience in Claims Management within construction projects. Previous experience dealing with governmental and regulatory authorities.
