💼 If you're the person developers and consultants call before a tender is announced, we want to meet you.📢 We're Hiring | Business Development Manager – Construction Experience Required🏗️ Delta Contracting Company | 2M PLAST Group📍 Sheraton, CairoDelta Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of securing construction and MEP projects across the Egyptian market.This opportunity is intended for professionals currently working in Construction, General Contracting, or MEP Contracting companies.If you have an established network with developers, consultants, contractors, and PMCs, we'd like to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads and secure new construction and MEP projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and PMCs.Identify upcoming project opportunities and convert them into awarded projects.Manage tenders, RFQs, and project acquisition activities from lead generation through contract award.Coordinate with Technical Office, Estimation, and Procurement teams during proposal preparation.Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization.Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.Requirements10+ years of Business Development, Commercial Sales, or Project Acquisition experience within Construction, General Contracting, or MEP Contracting companies.Proven track record of securing awarded construction projects.Strong network within the Egyptian construction market, including developers, consultants, contractors, and PMCs.Experience with industrial, commercial, administrative, hospitality, or infrastructure projects.Solid understanding of Tendering, RFQs, BOQs, Contracts, and Commercial Negotiations.Excellent networking, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.What We OfferAttractive Fixed SalaryCompetitive Commission SchemePerformance-Based BonusesPlease apply only if your experience is within the Construction, General Contracting, or MEP industry.📩 To apply, send your updated CV to:ali.fahmy@mega2m.comKnow someone who would be a great fit?
