Lead and manage all construction activities on-site to ensure project execution aligns with approved timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.Develop detailed execution plans covering manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while mitigating potential project risks and delays.Coordinate closely with Technical Office, Planning, Procurement, and Equipment departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely availability of drawings, materials, and resources.Monitor project progress, conduct regular coordination meetings, and provide effective solutions to construction challenges to maintain project targets.Participate in client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings while ensuring accurate reporting, progress tracking, and timely submission of project documentation and invoices.Support the implementation of quality assurance, method statements, and HSE procedures across all project phases. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry.Previous experience as Construction Manager in large-scale projects is a must.Experience in North Coast projects is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, and site management.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of planning, technical office coordination, and subcontractor management.Familiarity with project scheduling tools and construction management software.Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Good knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and project reporting procedures.
