MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBEnsure that projects are supported with Construction Department guidelines and that the construction process is in accordance with Company policies and procedures.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and follow the methods of statement checklists that will be required during the construction.Follow the specific procedures which are needed for the project and the methodology to manage and control activities and daily work in site in his area of specialization.Review the material request, and perform material return in his area of specialization.Prepare permit to work.Issue IR after completion of work in his area of specialization.Manage the execution works in his area of specialization.Request the required equipment for the execution and return it back when the work completed in his area of specialization.Prepare Regular Reports as required by his direct managerFinish work assigned to him on-time as per the project schedule.Ensure customer satisfaction (zero complain) within his area of specializationDocument the lessons learned and discipline library and case studies leading and managing the on-site construction team within his area of specialization.Attend construction meetings.Review and become familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensure adherence to these.Promote safety and quality culture within the project.Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness.Maintain records for site documents such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs.SAFETY AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain the safety standards and comply with organization’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.Follow and maintain organization standards of quality in accordance with organization Quality System requirements.SOCIAL COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain organization’s social management system policy via follow and report any deviated cases against PSP IMS policy.Take his own responsibility to comply with the social accountability requirements according to the standard SA8000.Co-operate with the SP team for any further communication in order to improve and enhance the level of implementation and compliance with the organization’s social management system.REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL QUALIFICATIONBasic Requirements:Qualification:Recognized Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited College or UniversityRelated Field Experience: + 6 years of work experience in the related fieldLanguage English: AdvancedComputer skills: AdvancedPreferred Requirements:Planning/ImplementingLearning/ResearchingDecidingMotivatingControlling/ReviewingSupervising/DirectingAnalysing/Integrating/InterpretingChecking
