ABOUT Kijamii:Kijamii is an independent, award-winning advertising agency driven by innovation and culture, with a rich legacy of over 14 years, operating regionally with offices in Dubai, Cairo and Riyadh.Reports To: Consumer Insights DirectorJob Purpose: The Consumer Insights Analyst is a passionate researcher who will lead and execute consumer insights and digital research projects by applying diverse research methods, analyzing data, and turning findings into actionable recommendations. The role acts as the main client contact, supports brand and agency teams in shaping communication strategies, and drives innovation in research frameworks and reporting. It requires independent project management, strong client communication, and proficiency in digital analytics tools to deliver measurable value and impact.RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Chooses the right research approach to deliver value to clients (E.G Surveys, digital conversations, etc).Draws insights & actionable recommendations from the research itself.Innovate in research framework, structure & presentations.Independently handle diverse Consumer Insights projects.Acts as frontline for client communication.Works in liaison with brand teams, agency project managers to power up communication strategy & campaign ideation outline.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Education Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldExperience (2-4) years of experience in digital research/social listening or social media analytics.SkillsAcquainted with diverse research approaches.Proficient in social media reporting metrics.Skilled in using Google solutions (specifically Google Sheets & Google Slides).Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate independently with clients.Flexible and able to accommodate pop-up requests.Good knowledge of Excel.Proficient in social analytics tools and data analytics toolsPrevious experience in a marketing agency is a plusThis position is open until May, 4 2025Placement is based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
