The digital bank aims to create innovative solutions tailored to serve the needs of the banking customers in Egypt.-Our main goal is to create a positive customer experience through the differentiated journey that our customers live while using the digital bank.-Our Drive: We use our drive and commitment to energies, engage and inspire others, upholding the highest standards of work ethic, honesty and morality.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to design and deliver secure, high-performance collaboration solutions.Manage, configure, and troubleshoot CUCM, Unity Connection, PCCE/UCCE, Webex, Expressway, CMS, and Voice/Video Gateways.Integrate collaboration platforms with existing bank infrastructure.Perform testing, validation, and optimization of deployed systems to ensure reliability and availability.Troubleshoot complex voice, video, and contact center issues.Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with service agreements.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation (configurations, diagrams, and procedures).Conduct regular system health checks, patching, and upgrades.Qualifications:4+ years of experience implementing and supporting Cisco Collaboration solutions.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in unified communication environments.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Cisco certification (CCNP Collaboration or higher) is a strong advantage
