Role Overview

Noorybooks.com is seeking a Content Marketing Supervisor to lead and execute a strong, story-driven content strategy across video, social media, blogs, and influencer collaborations. This role owns content performance end-to-end, manages a content team, and ensures content delivers measurable impact against clear KPIs. The ideal candidate excels in Arabic storytelling and understands how educational content drives growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the content and storytelling strategy across all channels.

  
  

• Plan and execute a video-first content marketing strategy.

  
  

• Manage social media strategy, calendars, publishing, and engagement.

  
  

• Lead and review Arabic blog and written content through a team of writers.

  
  

• Manage influencer and Affiliate partnerships from planning to performance.

  
  

• Lead and coach the content team and external contributors.

  
  

• Define, track, and optimize content KPIs (engagement, leads, enrollments).

  
  

Requirements

• Experience in the EdTech or education industry.

  
  

• Proven ability to manage and lead content teams.

  
  

• Strong storytelling skills with demonstrated content impact.

  
  

• Solid background in Arabic content writing and editing (MSA).

  
  

• Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.

  
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  
  

• Ability to work effectively in a remotly work environment.

  
  

• Ability to effectively use AI tools in marketing strategy and execution is a must
