The brand focuses on consistent quality, functional design, and scalable production, delivering products built for longevity and wide market relevance.With a disciplined approach to product development and retail execution, Ordinary Product operates across physical and digital channels, positioning itself as a growing player in the regional fashion and lifestyle market.Job Description:The Social Media & Content Head will lead the social media strategy and content direction for Ordinary Product, a local fashion brand. This role is responsible for developing a content roadmap, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across platforms, and driving measurable engagement and growth through high-quality fashion content.Responsibilities:· Own the brand’s social media strategy and content roadmap across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest)· Lead content planning for collections, drops, campaigns, and seasonal promotions· Create and/or direct content (reels, stories, posts, captions, scripts, lookbooks, UGC-style content)· Maintain brand voice, visual identity, and consistency across all social channels· Collaborate with designers, photographers, and production teams to ensure timely content for launches· Manage content calendar, approvals, and posting schedules to meet deadlines· Oversee growth initiatives: community management, audience engagement, hashtag/SEO strategy, and creator outreach· Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, CTR, follower growth) and optimize content based on results· Manage budgets and vendors/contractors (photography, editing, influencers, paid boosts if applicable)· Manage the photoshoot cycle end-to-end, including: o Planning shoot concepts and shot lists based on campaign goalso Coordinating dates with internal teams and external vendors (photographers, stylists, models, locations)o Preparing briefing documents and ensuring brand/design alignmento Overseeing on-the-day shoot execution and workflowo Ensuring post-shoot delivery of edited assets on time (or coordinating editors/editing vendors)Qualifications:· Proven experience leading social media/content for a brand (fashion preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating content strategy + execution (links required)· Excellent writing skills and understanding of brand storytelling· Strong visual sense: composition, lighting, styling, and design awareness· Familiarity with analytics and reporting (Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, Google Analytics optional)· Ability to lead a team and manage creators/contractors (if applicable)· Organized and able to manage multiple collection timelines at onceHow to ApplyIf you are ready to contribute to our growing team, we would love to hear from you!
