This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can translate ideas into wearable garments, collaborate with production teams, and deliver designs that meet both quality and style goals.Responsibilities:· Design and develop clothing collections from concept to final product· Create sketches, technical drawings, and design specs· Select fabrics, trims, and materials based on quality, cost, and trend alignment· Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to ensure accuracy· Develop garment samples and oversee fittings/adjustments· Maintain design files and documentation for each collection· Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor stylesQualifications:· Proven experience as a Fashion Designer (or equivalent portfolio)· Strong sketching and design skills· Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and sizing/fit· Familiarity with design software such as [e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, CAD—optional]· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines· Strong communication and teamwork skillsHow to ApplyIf you are ready to contribute to our growing team, we would love to hear from you!
