Continuous Improvement Lead

Key Responsibilities:Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and production areas.Improve productivity, efficiency, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, and process optimization.Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.Analyze operational KPIs and develop action plans for sustainable improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.Support building a strong continuous improvement culture across the plants.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Experience years from 4 to 6 (FMCG manufacturing operations background is a must) Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and CI tools.Experience in productivity improvement and operational excellence projects.Strong analytical and leadership skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt is a plus.Experience with SAP, Power BI, or operational reporting systems.📍 Location: [Delta Plants]
