Responsibilities:Preparing and drafting contracts: preparing main and subsidiary contract documents, purchase orders, and reviewing general and special conditions.Tender management: studying terms and conditions booklets, preparing bidding documents, and preparing technical and financial comparison tables for contractors.Follow-up and compliance: Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with contract terms, schedule, and technical specifications.Change Order and Claims Management: Review and analyze change orders (Variation Orders) and financial or time claims submitted by contractors.Settlements and Disputes: Coordinate with legal teams to address contractual disputes and negotiate amicable solutions.Financial extracts: Review and approve contractors' invoices and extracts based on actual completion rates.Periodic reports: Preparing weekly/monthly reports on the status of contracts and potential risks.
