Production Engineer | Assembly Experience (2–3 Years)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Production engineer to join our growing team at Enarat located inEl-obour city with the following criteria:Responsibilities:o Supervise assembly processes ensuring work is done by quality standards.o Hire and train workers on assembly process.o Monitor the quality of the assembly steps and final product and take needed correction actions.o Set the floor plan to allow the most efficient assembly process.o Set and monitor production schedule.o Coach and train new workers on best practices.o Issue PO for all assembly parts.o Optimize assembly processes to minimize time and cost.o Ensure safety and health protocols are met all the time.o Recommend improvement to the assembly line to maximize efficiency.o Recommend best packaging solution for each product to ensure no damage and good aesthetics.o Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.Requirements:o Degree in Engineering.o Maximum 4 years of experience in a similar position.o Proficiency in CAD software.o High managerial and good leadership skills.o Good analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.o Knowledge of CAM tools is a plus.o Ability to work and make decision under pressure.o High level of commitment to meeting production schedules and deadlines.Requirements added by the job poster• 1+ years of work experience with ACAD• 1+ years of work experience with Floor Plans• 1+ years of work experience with Assembly Lines
