Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Contract Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements, managing and maintaining accurate records of contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Additional tasks include conducting risk analysis, identifying contractual discrepancies, and serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve contract-related issues. QualificationsStrong skills in Contractual Agreements, Contract Negotiation, and Contract ManagementExcellent Analytical Skills to assess, interpret, and address complex contract-related issuesEffective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to correspond with internal and external stakeholdersFamiliarity with legal terminology and regulatory compliance is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related fieldAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
