Contract Specialist

Job Summary:The Hotel Contracting Specialist will be responsible for expanding the company’s hotel portfolio by directly targeting, reaching out to, and negotiating with hotel sales departments. The primary focus is to leverage strong communication and haggling skills to secure competitive rates, exclusive corporate offers, and promotional deals tailored for the Saudi market. This role requires a persistent, results-driven individual with at least 1 year of B2B or hotel sales experience within the Saudi tourism sector, who can build quick rapport and maintain high-volume daily follow-ups to finalize profitable hotel contracts.🔸Key Responsibilities : - Hotel Cold Calling & Outreach: Actively contact hotel sales departments to introduce the company and request competitive rates and corporate offers.- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate directly with hotel sales representatives to secure the lowest possible rates and exclusive promotional deals for Saudi clients.- Contract Acquisition: Follow up on the process of receiving, reviewing, and finalizing contracts and rate sheets from hotel sales teams.- Daily Follow-ups: Maintain continuous daily communication with hotel sales staff to check room availability, confirm rates, and secure quick deals.- Lead Generation: Research and find new hotels in the target destinations and identify the right sales contact person within each hotel.- Target Achievement: Meet the company’s targets regarding the number of contracted hotels and the level of discounts secured.🔸Job Requirements :- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, etc.).- Experience: 1 year of sales experience in B2B sales & hotel reservations.- Strong Experience in Saudi market - Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to build quick rapport with hotel sales staff over the phone or via email.- Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong ability to negotiate prices, "haggle" effectively, and convince hotel sales reps to provide special rates.- Persistence & Follow-up: High energy and persistence to follow up daily with hotels until the contract/rate sheet is secured.- Excellent English Level If you're interested send your CV to passant.moamen@hojuzat.com with mentioned Contract Specialist
