Furthermore, the Coordinator IT Support interacts with the various suppliers and vendors in order to coordinate and track the asset allocation and hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.Plan and monitor the distribution of hardware assetsMaintain records of hardware and licensesConfigure, troubleshoot and maintain hardware and ensure IT processes are met before allocating to the vendorsUtilize remote access tools to resolve issuesMaintain a close relationship and coordinate with suppliers and Telecom providers for procurement of assetsQualificationsAdequate command of excelStrong organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently or in groups
