Role Description:Responsible for managing the execution and maintenance of Banque Misr information risk management framework through different phases including assessing, analyzing, reporting and monitoring the risks according to Banque Misr Information Security policies.Core Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive security risk management strategies that align with the organization's business goals and risk appetite.Mentor and support the team in assessing, analyzing, monitoring and reporting information security risks.Handle the escalations raised by correspondent teams engaging top management when necessary.Review the proper controls in coordination with risk owners to reduce the risks to accepted level according to the bank's risk appetite.Prepare different reports and presentations required by Management related to "BRCC, IS committees" or any different, monitor and ensure proper implementations of outcomes within estimated SLAs.Review existing finding presented on GRC tool "ARCHER" and evaluate whether to consider as risk - adding to Risk register - or keep it as a finding.Maintain risk register updated through the GRC tool and inform the relevant stakeholders involved in risk mitigation and controls of the current risk status.Inform IT-GRC with any new raised risk ensuring understanding of Risk and required implemented controls.Ensure proper reporting and monitoring for all risks through risk register in coordination with ITGRC.Technical Competencies:Ability to perform risk assessments based on bank's policies.Familiarity with PCI DSS, SWIFT Customer Security Controls Framework, Threat Intelligence.ISO 27001, CBE Cybersecurity framework and CBE regulations.Agile Mindset, with specific Solution Architect (or similar) experience preferred.Requirements:Bachelor's degree of Engineering or Computer Science.Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field.CEH, Security+, CRISC, CISM, CISSP or relevant courses.Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV).
