This role is perfect for someone who has a foundational grasp of marketing copy but is still early in their career and eager to learn.The most important requirement for this role is CREATIVITY.We are not looking for someone who simply writes correct sentences. We need a writer who can generate fresh ideas, write attention-grabbing headlines, and develop unique content angles that help our brand stand out in the tech space.You will be guided and mentored by senior marketing leaders, so we don’t require a Senior-level writer. However, you must have a solid foundation in copywriting and a natural curiosity for marketing and social media trends.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media CopywritingWrite creative, engaging captions for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.Craft compelling hooks for Reels, Stories, and video content to stop the scroll.Adapt tone and style based on the platform and the target audience (e.g., CFOs vs. small business owners).Support the social media team with daily content needs and proactively suggest fresh content ideas rather than just executing tasks.2. Creative Idea GenerationParticipate actively in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and product launches.Suggest creative angles for promoting complex products (Accounting software, ERP, POS).Convert dense technical or financial information into simple, relatable, and engaging marketing messages.Think beyond direct selling; contribute ideas that build brand awareness and audience engagement.3. Campaign CopywritingWrite clear, persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional messages.Draft ad copy, headlines, taglines, and short-form messaging for paid media.Create multiple versions of copy to A/B test different angles and styles.Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and visuals work harmoniously.4. Product & Service ContentTranslate complex product features (e.g., "Automated reconciliation" or "Inventory tracking") into clear customer benefits (e.g., "Save hours on manual bookkeeping").Simplify technical jargon related to accounting, finance, and restaurant management into accessible, compelling content.Support the creation of content that explains how our solutions solve real business problems.5. SEO & Website ContentSupport the SEO team by writing website copy, landing pages, and product descriptions.Structure content to improve search engine visibility while maintaining high readability and engagement.Balance creativity with SEO guidelines to ensure content performs well organically.6. Brand Voice ConsistencyUphold the company’s brand tone: professional, trustworthy, modern, and approachable.Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels (social media, ads, website, and email).Actively apply feedback from the marketing team to continuously improve writing quality.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, marketing communications, or social media content creation (internships count).Creativity: A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to generate original ideas, not just "standard" copy.Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of how content works on different social platforms.Writing Skills: Exceptional Arabic writing skills (grammar, style, and creativity).English: Good English knowledge is a strong plus (for internal communication and research).Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and simplify technical/software concepts (an accounting background is a plus but not mandatory).Collaboration: Willingness to work with designers, SEO specialists, and the social media team.Coachability: Highly receptive to feedback and eager to develop professionally.
