The ideal candidate will have a techno-functional background and experience with Oracle Flexcube. Experience with Temenos or other core banking systems will also be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Program Management Office (PMO) lead for core banking projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to governance processes.Plan, track, and report on project schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.Facilitate coordination between business, technology, and vendor teams.Support project prioritization, risk management, and issue resolution.Maintain program documentation, including project plans, dashboards, status reports, and action logs.Monitor and enforce compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project financials.Provide techno-functional expertise in core banking modules, business processes, and system integrations.Engage with vendors (Oracle Flexcube, Temenos, or other core banking platforms) to ensure smooth implementation and support.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in Core Banking PMO roles, including program management or coordination.Techno-functional expertise in core banking applications; Oracle Flexcube preferred.Experience with Temenos or other core banking platforms is a plus.Solid understanding of banking processes, including retail, corporate, and treasury operations.Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Skills: program management,core banking,techno-functional
