Key Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts including commercial, supplier, service, and partnership agreementsEnsuring full compliance with Egyptian laws and regulatory requirementsProviding legal advice and guidance to management and internal departments on corporate and operational mattersHandling corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and official documentationManaging legal risks and proposing practical legal solutions to protect the company’s interestsCoordinating with external legal counsel when requiredMaintaining and organizing legal records, contracts, and official documents Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree related to Law (LL.B or equivalent)1–3 years of experience in corporate or commercial lawStrong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory complianceExcellent contract drafting and negotiation skillsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with high professionalismStrong communication and interpersonal skillsVery good command of English (written and spoken)
