Adamco Pharm is a fast-growing international pharmaceutical holding Company based in Cairo - Egypt, that is responsible for managing international business through searching for new market opportunities where it can expand the volume of the business.Adamco Pharm is a commercial pharmaceutical agency with a medical portfolio that surpasses 100 products and more than 150 SKUs.Adamco Pharm holding owns a group of subsidiaries, as EGY Nile Pharm in Burkina, Niger, and Mali, and Egypt Niger.VACANCY:We are hiring HR Trainer French Speaker to join our team as per the following details:Reporting to: HR Manager.Location: Adamco Pharm, 6 October, Giza.Job Purpose:To execute sales & soft skills training programs across Egypt & our African operations. The role focuses on strengthening sales behaviors, enhancing professional competencies, and ensuring performance continuity across teams below the department head level.This is a hands-on delivery role centered on behavioral and performance capability development.A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver structured sales skills training programs for medical representatives & commercial teams across Egypt & Africa.Deliver soft skills training programs ( communication, presentation skills, negotiation, teamwork, time management , problem - solving) for employees below the Department Head level across functions.Conduct field coaching visits to reinforce sales behaviors & performance standards.Support the onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth integration & rapid productivity.Execute the approved annual training plan in coordination with HR & OD.Adapt & update training materials in line with business priorities.Ensure consistent training delivery standards across Egypt & African operations.Maintain training attendance & participation records.Provide structured feedback to HR & OD regarding observed capability gaps during training delivery.Travel to African countries as required to conduct on - site sessions. From 6 to 8 years of experience in training & development.Proven experience delivering sales skills & soft skills training programs.Strong field coaching experience.Experience training frontline teams.Pharma experience is a plus , not mandatory.Willingness & ability to travel to African countries.Strong facilitation, communication, & engagement skills.
