Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Corporate Lawyer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Corporate Lawyer will handle legal research, draft and review contracts, ensure compliance with relevant laws, and provide legal advice to clients. The role also involves representing clients in negotiations, preparing legal documents, and staying informed about changes in corporate law and regulations. Qualifications Strong legal research and analysis skills, including the ability to understand and interpret complex legal documents and statutesProficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documentsExpertise in corporate law, compliance regulations, and legal risk assessmentExceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to represent clients effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesFluency in English and Arabic is preferredBachelor’s degree in Law, with a valid license to practice law in EgyptExperience in corporate or commercial law; previous experience in a legal firm is an advantageAbility to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and meet deadlines under pressure
