QStaffers is currently hiring a Corporate Sales Advisor for one of our partners, an industry leader in Insurance and Financial Services Sector!Job Summary:The Corporate Sales Advisor plays a key role in Acquiring new corporate client portfolio by promoting comprehensive employee benefits solutions, including medical, life, and pension insurance. This role focuses on acquiring new business while ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with company standards. The advisor acts as a trusted consultant to corporate clients, helping them design benefit programs that meet organizational needs and foster long-term partnerships.Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales:Identify and engage potential corporate clients across various industries.Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and quotations to new corporate clients.Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team goals.Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.Coordinate with insurance company operations teams to ensure timely policy issuance.Negotiate new sales contracts under the guidance of senior advisors.Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.Cross-Selling & Portfolio ExpansionWork with insurance providers and internal teams to ensure accurate quotations, product customization, and timely delivery of proposals.Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.Maintain regular contact with clients to support retention and promote cross-selling options.Objection Handling & Deal Closing:Address client objections effectively and offer solutions to meet their needs.Ensure all sales closures adhere to internal policies and compliance requirements.Reporting:Prepare and submit regular performance activity reports to the Corporate Sales Manager.Scope:Standard Area:You will report to your manager daily, and as requested, so please use these opportunities to share experience and learn from feedback.You are expected to participate in any event organized to promote our insurance services.You should always observe company rules, uphold company principles and values, and conform to its behavioral code – such as dress code and working hours – at all times.Innovation Area:Following the work rules and procedures is a must. However, you are always encouraged to plan new ideas and to test them, such as ways of finding new sources of leads/prospects. Ideas that may challenge our corporate objectives and processes, such as changing the reporting system, are still encouraged having first obtained consensus from management.Mixing work with fun is healthy, so you are encouraged to do things that make your job more appealing and attractive for you, such as setting internal challenges with your peers. For example, you might have a 'phone calls day', in which you see who can achieve the highest number of phone calls in the day.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.3–4 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.Previous experience in employee benefits, medical insurance, life insurance, or corporate insurance solutions is highly preferred.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales environment.Experience in acquiring new corporate accounts and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
