If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.Role PurposeTo support the Corporate Security department through effective administrative management, task governance, KPI follow-up, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring smooth operations and high team engagement.Role ProfileHandle and manage all departmental administrative workGovern and track departmental tasks, actions, and KPIsAct as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for corporate security administrative coordination with other departmentsPrepare, maintain, and manage the Corporate Security monthly dashboardPlan and execute department engagement activities, including:Monthly department meeting preparationAgenda creation and documentationFollow up and govern Learning & Development plans in coordination with the team and HREnsure timely reporting, documentation accuracy, and adherence to departmental standardsCompetencies and QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to prepare dashboards, reports, and presentationsCommunication & LanguageFluent English (both written and spoken)Strong verbal and written communication skillsPersonal & Behavioral SkillsHighly organized and detail-orientedHard-working with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesFast learner with a proactive mindsetEnergetic, innovative, and proactiveDisciplined and professional in appearance and conductExtroverted with strong stakeholder engagement skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment Preferred AttributesStrong follow-up and coordination skillsHigh sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teamsNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
