Description:Monitor QNB ALAHLI Branch Network activities that ensure the effective application of the AML and KYC requirements.Duties & Responsibilities1) Finalize all requests received on workflow and ticketing system before cut time with agreed SLA. 2) Prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports.3) Handle sensitive transactions to ensure that it matches internal/local, and international regulations in this regard.4) Update blacklists and take the further necessary actions required according to the requirements of each list5) Prepare all CBE & EMLCU required reports.6) Check appropriate documents related to Know Your Customer and Due Diligence and ensure that they are complete7) Handle new relations requests with financial institutions & Fulfill questionnaires sent from them. 8) Handle opening or continue relation with high risk clients9) Address all Anti-Money Laundering information and instructions for Branches’ employees.10) Conduct trainings to ensure that Bank’s employees remain competent during their employment, particularly in the context of understanding changing regulatory standards related to Anti-Money Laundering.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking Swift Transfers, Trade Finance, or AML.Skills- Knowledge of local and international sanctions.- Analytical skills.- High sense of judgment.- Ability to manage different tasks and work under pressure.- Fluency in English.
