Cost Control Engineer

Job Announcement: Cost Control Engineer (5 - 10 Years Experience)Construction Power is seeking a highly analytical "Cost Control Engineer" to manage and monitor construction project budgets.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and establish the project baseline budget and cash flow projections.• Monitor, analyze, and report actual project expenditures against the approved budget.• Prepare periodic cost reports (Weekly/Monthly), including Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.• Monitor material consumption on-site, analyze variances, and track material wastage.• Review client and subcontractor invoices/payment certificates to ensure accurate financial tracking.• Forecast Estimate at Completion (EAC) and propose cost-saving corrective actions.Requirements & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical).• 5 to 10 years of solid experience in Cost Control within the construction industry.• Advanced analytical, mathematical, and data management skills.• Expert proficiency in Advanced Excel and project controls software.• Professional certifications (e.g., CCP) are highly preferred.Contact & Application:• Please send your updated CV to the following email: hr-egypt@cp-sa.com• Mandatory: You must write (Cost Control Engineer) in the email subject line.• For inquiries via WhatsApp or Call, please contact: 01156059070
