Location: Badr City Factory & Nasr City Commercial Office Reporting to : Financial Manager 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬▪️Develop, maintain, and improve the costing system in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. ▪️Define and update cost centers and cost drivers for proper allocation of costs.▪️Ensure accurate recording of production costs and manufacturing expenses. ▪️Prepare and update standard cost sheets for all products (Raw materials, packaging, labor, overhead).▪️Review and validate BOM, routing, and production standards in coordination with Production and QA.▪️Calculate actual production cost per batch/product and compare with standard cost.▪️Analyze variances (Material price/usage variance, labor eƯiciency variance, overhead variance). ▪️Control and monitor manufacturing overhead expenses (utilities, maintenance, depreciation, indirect labor, etc.). ▪️Ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods.▪️Prepare periodic cost reports for senior management (monthly/quarterly). 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: ▪️Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. ▪️Minimum 7–10 years' experience in Cost Accounting (preferably manufacturing/pharmaceutical industry).▪️Strong knowledge of standard costing, budgeting, and variance analysis. ▪️Excellent command of ERP systems.
