The group operates across diverse product lines with a focus on quality, operational excellence, and brand leadership.Role OverviewThe Costing Manager will lead the end-to-end cost accounting function across multiple production sites. The role is critical in driving margin optimization, controlling production costs, and supporting strategic pricing decisions in a fast-paced FMCG environment.This position reports to the Finance Director / CFO and works closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage product costing across multiple factories and SKUsOversee standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysisMonitor raw material yield, wastage, and production efficiencyAnalyze direct labor and manufacturing overhead absorptionControl inventory valuation and ensure accurate costing in ERPLead monthly cost closing and margin analysis by product linePartner with Operations to improve cost efficiency and productivitySupport pricing strategies and new product launchesEvaluate impact of FX fluctuations on imported raw materialsDevelop cost reduction initiatives across the groupEnsure compliance with internal controls and audit requirementsRequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting / FinanceCMA strongly preferred8–12 years of experience in cost accounting within FMCG or food manufacturingMulti-plant experience is a mustStrong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar manufacturing systems)Advanced Excel and data analysis skillsStrong leadership and cross-functional communication skillsKey CompetenciesStrong commercial acumenDeep understanding of manufacturing cost driversAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to work under pressure in a fast-moving environmentLeadership and team management capabilityWhat We OfferCompetitive executive-level packagePerformance-based incentivesOpportunity to work within a leading premium food groupHigh-visibility role with strong impact on profitability.
