Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work.Weekly reporting to the CFO with all total inventory adjustments including the percentage of shrinkage against sales.Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs.Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.Interpret budget directives and establish policies for carrying out directives.Generate coding function on ERP system by coding all materials and products after aligning with ERP team.Be sure that all required submissions via system are done according to the internal and global deadline.Make all other month-end closing entries and share them with accounting team to be submitted on Trial Balance.Assisting on feasibility studies and reviewing procurement cost reports.Spot, quarterly and annually checking warehouses.Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates.Perform cost-benefit analysis to compare operating programs, review financial requests or explore alternative financing methods.Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to reduce cost.Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests.Apply HSE Regulations.
