Job Title: Medical Recruiter Job Location: Nasr CityWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWorking Days: Sunday to ThursdayDays Off: Friday & SaturdayJob Summary:We are seeking a Medical Recruiter with a strong recruitment background, preferably in the medical or healthcare field, to join our team and start immediately. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle and support hiring needs efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Ensure timely hiring and follow-up with candidates RequirementsRequirements: 2-4 years of experience A medical/healthcare recruitment background is preferred Strong communication and interviewing skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
