We are hiring a Brand Manager who is responsible for developing, managing, and safeguarding Imperium Group's luxury brand identity across all customer touchpoints. Based in the Cairo office and supporting the UAE business, this role leads the Marketing and Creative team to strengthen the company's market positioning, deliver exceptional brand experiences, and ensure consistency across all communications.The Brand Manager oversees brand strategy, creative direction, content development, digital marketing, social media, visual identity, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and employer branding, ensuring every output reflects Imperium Group's reputation as a leading luxury design and build consultancy.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute Imperium Group's overall brand strategy aligned with business objectives.Strengthen and protect the company's positioning as a premium luxury design and build consultancy.Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and client communications.Maintain and continuously evolve the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.Drive long-term brand awareness, recognition, and market differentiation.Develop and execute Imperium Group's overall brand strategy aligned with business objectives.Strengthen and protect the company's positioning as a premium luxury design and build consultancy.Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including digital, print, presentations, proposals, events, and client communications.Maintain and continuously evolve the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.Drive long-term brand awareness, recognition, and market differentiation.Develop and oversee monthly content strategies aligned with business goals.Manage the content calendar across all digital platforms.Oversee the production of photography, videography, and branded content.Lead the company's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Ensure all content reflects the company's premium brand positioning.Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and analytics to continuously optimize results.Support executive thought leadership initiatives through strategic content creation.Drive innovation in content formats, storytelling, and audience engagement.Develop premium marketing collateral to support business development initiatives.Produce high-quality proposals, presentations, company profiles, brochures, and project portfolios.Support lead generation campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.Coordinate award submissions and promotional materials that enhance the company's market presence.Manage internal and external brand messaging.Ensure consistency in tone of voice across all communications.Prepare internal announcements and corporate communications as required.Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Imperium Group's reputation as an employer of choice.Oversee website content updates and digital brand consistency.Improve website user experience and recommend enhancements.Coordinate SEO initiatives to improve online visibility.Monitor website performance and analytics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Coordinate the company's participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.Identify and manage media opportunities that strengthen brand visibility.Support speaking engagements and executive representation.Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, media, and relevant stakeholders.Coordinate award submissions and external brand recognition initiatives.Manage workloads across the Marketing and Creative department.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.Mentor junior designers and marketing team members.Identify learning and development opportunities.Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance team culture.Represent Imperium Group professionally across all marketing initiatives and digital platforms.Participate in approved marketing content, including short-form videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes features, and project showcases when required.Collaborate with project teams to create engaging content highlighting design concepts, project progress, craftsmanship, and innovation.Contribute creative ideas that strengthen project storytelling and reinforce the company's luxury brand image. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.5–8+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Creative Leadership.Previous experience within luxury brands, architecture, interior design, real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.Proven experience leading creative and marketing teams.Strong experience managing photography, videography, branding, and digital content production across multiple channels.Experience working with UAE or GCC markets is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of regional market trends, customer preferences, and luxury brand positioning.Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, and campaign management.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance reporting.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS platforms, SEO principles, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
