QStaffers is currently looking for a Creative Director for one of our partners, a pioneer in the Fashion Industry!Job Summary:We are looking for a Creative Director to lead and elevate the brand's visual identity, storytelling, and creative campaigns.This role is responsible for shaping how the brand looks, feels, and inspire: cross campaigns, photoshoots, social media, packaging, and the overall brand experience.The Creative Director will work closely with the founder and marketing team to translate collection concepts into beautiful, emotionally compelling visual campaigns that resonate with our global modest fashion community.This role requires someone who combines fashion sensibility, storytelling ability, and strong visual direction.Responsibilities:Core responsibility: They own the brand world, make sure everything looks and feels beautiful, consistent, and emotionally powerful.Brand Vision & IdentityMaintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and ensuring consistency across all brand touch pointsCampaign Creative DirectionLead the creative development of seasonal campaigns and product launches.Photoshoot DirectionPlan and oversee all brand photoshoots.Content DirectionGuide the look and feel of the brand's content across all social media platforms and website visualsPackaging & Brand ExperienceOversee creative direction of physical brand elements such as packaging design, unboxing experience and campaign visuals inside packagingCreative Team LeadershipLead and collaborate with creative contributors such as Art Director with her team: photographers, videographers, and editors and the Graphic Designer and Content Creators.Provide clear creative direction and ensure high-quality output.Requirements:Experience:4-8+ years experience in creative direction, fashion branding, or art directionExperience working with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brandsStrong portfolio demonstrating campaign direction and visual storytellingSkills:Visual Storytelling:Ability to translate ideas into powerful visual campaigns.Social Media Proficiency:Understanding of social-first fashion marketingFashion Aesthetic Awareness:Strong understanding of:Fashion StylingEditorial VisualsColor PalettesTrend ForecastingPhotoshoot Direction:Experience planning and directing brand photoshoots.Brand Building:Understanding of how visuals shape brand perception and desirability.Content Awareness:Understanding of modern social platforms including:InstagramTikTokShort-form Video StorytellingTechnical & Creative Skills:Preferred familiarity with:Adobe Creative SuiteMood Board Creation ToolsVisual Presentation Tools Creative BriefingPersonal Qualities:We are looking for someone who is:Highly creativeDetail orientedVisually sophisticatedPassionate about fashionCulturally aware of modest fashion aestheticsCollaborative and leadership orientedBonus Qualifications: (Preferred - not a must)Experience working with modest fashion or lifestyle brands.Experience directing viral short-form content.Experience with luxury or premium brand aesthetics.
