The Creative Growth & Partnerships Lead is the strategic bridge between our creative storytelling and commercial expansion. This role is responsible for transforming organic and paid interest into sustainable revenue through two primary channels: high-empathy B2C conversion on social messaging platforms and high-value B2B corporate partnerships. Success in this position looks like a streamlined sales funnel where every lead is treated with dignity and every proposal reflects the brand's unique voice, ultimately resulting in increased course enrollment and new corporate contracts. This role fits into the organization as the "Commercial Architect," allowing the Founder to focus on creative production while the Lead manages the logistics of growth and operational oversight.ResponsibilitiesExecute Conversational Sales (B2C): Manage all incoming inquiries on Messenger and other platforms, utilizing an empathetic, narrative-driven approach to convert leads into students without relying on generic scripts.Architect B2B Partnerships: Identify, research, and outreach to potential corporate clients to develop tailored workshops and training programs, ensuring all proposals meet professional corporate standards while maintaining brand authenticity.Optimize Lead Quality: Collaborate closely with the Media Buyer to audit ad performance, provide feedback on lead quality, and ensure marketing spend is aligned with conversion goals.Develop Sales Systems: Establish and maintain a follow-up system for prospective students and partners to ensure no opportunity is overlooked and response times remain under industry benchmarks.Translate Brand Narrative: Convert complex creative concepts into structured commercial offerings, creating a clear value proposition for diverse audiences ranging from individual creators to corporate executives.QualificationsStrategic Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Egyptian Arabic (for relational sales) and English (for professional B2B proposals).Proven Business Development Experience: A background in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the creative industries, startups, or education sectors.Emotional Intelligence (EQ): The ability to "read between the lines" of a customer's message to identify their underlying needs and respond with genuine empathy.Operational Independence: A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and coordinate with external contractors (like Media Buyers) without daily supervision.Analytical Thinking: Capability to interpret sales data and messaging insights to suggest pivots in strategy that improve overall ROI.Experience with B2B Drafting: Proficiency in creating structured, persuasive business proposals and pitch decks that resonate with corporate decision-makers.
