Job Overview eyouth is seeking experienced Instructional Designers. This is a fulltime role for professionals who can design high-quality learning experiences that transform complex information into engaging, learner-centered outcomes. Successful candidates will contribute directly to shaping impactful educational programs for youth and early-career professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop end-to-end instructional materials such as PowerPoint, Handouts and Trainer Manual, including learning objectives, storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive activities.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate specialized content into clear, pedagogically sound learning experiences.Apply established instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM to ensure structured and effective learning solutions.Develop and publish polished digital learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise.Ensure content alignment with learner needs, delivery modality, and overall program goals.Job Requirements Proven experience in instructional design (+3 years), supported by a portfolio showcasing digital and/or blended learning projects.Candidates with a Computer Science background or demonstrated experience in tech course design/delivery are highly preferredStrong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and adapt to project-based workflows.Demonstrated understanding of how to engage learners through techniques such as microlearning, interactivity, and gamification.Joining immediately is a plus.5 Working days from 9 AM to 5 PM.4 days per month working remotely.
