This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing, working closely with the Growth and Media teams to develop high-converting ad creatives across multiple platforms.You'll lead the creative process from concept to execution — building campaigns that not only look exceptional but also deliver measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities Develop and lead performance-focused creative strategies across paid marketing channels Translate campaign goals into compelling ad concepts and creative directions Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and media production teams Oversee the production of ad creatives across video, static, carousel, motion, and short-form formats Collaborate closely with the Growth/Performance team to align creatives with audience insights, funnel stages, and campaign objectives Optimize creatives based on key performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS Plan, execute, and analyze structured A/B tests to improve creative performance Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, and visual quality across all channels Stay updated on platform trends, consumer behavior, and emerging ad formats across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Manage external agencies or freelancers when scaling creative production Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring high-quality creative outputRequirements 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or advertising creative production Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven campaigns and measurable results Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with video editing and motion tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Strong understanding of paid media creative best practices across major advertising platforms Experience creating and adapting creatives for multiple formats and placements Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and creative performance analysis Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, collaboration, and feedback management skillsNice to Have Experience in EdTech, education, or consumer-focused digital products Copywriting skills in English and/or Arabic Familiarity with creative analytics platforms such as Motion, Atria, or similar tools Experience working closely with performance marketing teams Benefits A dynamic and creative work environment Opportunity to work on impactful campaigns reaching students across the region Career growth within a fast-growing EdTech company Collaborative culture focused on innovation and execution Exposure to large-scale digital marketing campaigns across global platforms
