The Creative Marketing Specialist will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage and create content for social media platforms, and enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities include planning and implementing campaigns, managing branding initiatives, engaging with audiences through social media marketing, and collaborating with team members to ensure coherent communication of our brand identity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creative direction of all visual content and act as the main creative reference within the team.Design and produce high-quality visuals across digital platforms (social media, campaigns, branding materials, etc.).Stay updated with design trends, particularly in European markets, and reflect them in all creative outputs.Collaborate closely with videographers and other designers to ensure consistency and quality across all content.Translate marketing strategies, briefs, and business needs into compelling visual concepts.Ensure all designs clearly communicate the intended message and align with brand guidelines.Actively contribute to the design process while also guiding and supporting other designers when needed.Maintain strong communication with marketing and other internal teams for smooth workflow and alignment.Apply marketing knowledge to enhance the effectiveness and performance of visual content.Execute all assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high creative standards.Requirements4–6+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design roles.Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative direction and hands-on design work.Proven experience working with marketing teams and understanding of branding principles.Ability to follow and interpret briefs while adding creative value.Experience collaborating with videographers and cross-functional teams.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, especially in European markets.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Preferred QualificationsBackground in marketing or strong understanding of marketing concepts.Experience in tourism, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.Key SkillsCreative Thinking & Visual DirectionCommunication & CollaborationMarketing AwarenessTrend AnalysisAttention to DetailExecution & Time Management
