Creative Strategist & Content Lead

We’re hiring.HAUS Advertising is looking for a Creative Strategist & Content Lead to join our in-house team.This role is all about ideas — strong, clear, and executable.You’ll be working closely with our account managers and production team to:• Create campaign concepts and directions• Generate content ideas for Reels and productions across all accounts• Build moodboards and write scripts that bring ideas to life• Plan timelines for campaigns and content rollouts• Be present on shoot days to ensure quality and execution meet our standardsQualificationsCreative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to develop and oversee innovative campaignsSomeone who is highly creative but also structuredBrand Strategy expertise, including defining and positioning brands to align with target audience expectationsSomeone who is confident leading brainstorming sessions and guiding creative outputProven leadership skills to guide creative projects from concept to completionExperience in advertising, branding, or similar industries is a mustIf you’re idea-driven and love turning concepts into real content — we want to meet you.
