ABOUT THIS ROLEWe're building Vyve X — a creator economy collective in Cairo that's putting MENA's creative industry on the map. Think: a premium members' club for creators, a digital platform connecting brands with top talent, a performance-based earnings engine for content creators, and an annual flagship festival on the North Coast.We're hiring four interns to join us for three months and help run the human side of this operation — managing creator relationships, running outreach, building community, and owning our social media presence.This isn't a coffee-and-copies internship. You'll be doing real work from day one, with real access to real people in the industry.At the end of three months, we intend to make permanent offers. We'd rather hire someone we've worked with for 90 days than spend months interviewing strangers.🎯 WHAT THIS ACTUALLY ISFour internship positions. Three months. Real work. You'll be running your own function inside a venture that by then will be operating across Egypt and the GCC.We're telling you this upfront because we believe the best candidates don't need false urgency — they need to understand what they're actually walking into.📋 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGCreator & Account Management• Build and manage relationships with content creators across Cairo and the wider MENA region:• Onboard new creators onto Vyve X platforms — walk them through what we offer, what weexpect, and how to get the most out of it• Be the face of Vyve X in the creator community — present, responsive, and genuine• Track every interaction in our CRM and surface insights back to the teamBusiness Development & Outreach• Run targeted outreach to creators, agencies, and brands — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, andin-person when relevant• Build pipelines for the Creator House membership, our talent platform, and our performancemarketplace• Research potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators and bring them into theconversation• Support the commercial team with proposals, follow-ups, and relationship nurturingSocial Media & Content• Manage Vyve X's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X• Write captions, draft content calendars, coordinate posts, and engage with the community inreal time• Source content from the creator community — surface the best work our network isproducing• Help maintain a consistent brand voice that's premium, MENA-rooted, and creator-first🎓 WHAT YOU'LL LEARNMost internships teach you one thing. That context is rare and valuable.You'll also leave with a network inside the MENA creator industry that very few people your agehave.✅ WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR• You're based in Cairo and can be present at the Vyve X space regularly• You speak and write Arabic and English fluently — both matter equally in this role• You're genuinely embedded in the MENA creator space — you follow creators, youunderstand the landscape, you have opinions about it• You're organized and follow through. Charm without discipline doesn't work here.• You're comfortable reaching out to people cold and not taking it personally when they don't respond• You're socially fluent — you can walk into a room with people who have large followings and hold your own without being starstruck or performing• You have at least some experience managing a social media account with real intent, not just scrollingRecent graduates and final-year students are both welcome.
