We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, supporting CRM operations, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in customer relationship initiatives to enhance overall customer experience.The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth CRM processes and reporting.Requirements• Implement and follow up a customer contact plans.• Execute marketing outreach events as planned.• Participate in outreach events. Collect data during events, and measure ROI for the event.• Monthly marketing survey for competitors of brands assigned, with respect to newspapers, radio, outdoor signs, and others.• Create monthly marketing research for competitors’ products, pricing.• Create campaigns on the system and executed them.• Handel customs complaints.• Update CRM data on the systems.• Update the CRM data quality weekly.• Regular cleansing of the CRM data.• Prepare Monthly marketing activity report.• Propose and implement PR events for the press as needed.• Progress dashboard report weekly.BenefitsWhy Join SMG?Legacy, Leadership & Vision Join a pioneering organization with over five decades of excellence in Egypt’s automotive sector.
