General Manager – Tools & Workshop Equipment Division

As Division Manager / General Manager, you will lead the division as a complete business, with responsibility for: Developing and executing the division’s commercial and operational strategy. Leading turnkey workshop and service-center projects from concept to commissioning. Advising automotive dealers, service networks, fleets, government entities, and independent workshop groups. Translating customer operational requirements into complete equipment, layout, and workflow solutions. Growing equipment sales, workshop projects, maintenance contracts, spare parts, and technical services. Strengthening relationships with international equipment manufacturers and technology partners. Building a disciplined sales, project-management, installation, and aftersales organization. Ensuring projects are delivered professionally, on time, and to the required technical standards. Managing the division’s P&L, inventory, margins, pipeline, and working capital. RequirementsWe are particularly interested in candidates with: Senior leadership experience in passenger-car aftersales, workshop operations, or service-network development. Practical experience building, launching, expanding, or upgrading automotive service centers. Strong knowledge of workshop equipment, diagnostics, facility planning, and aftersales processes. The credibility to engage with automotive OEMs, dealership groups, fleet operators, and major institutional clients. Strong commercial judgment, project-management capability, and operational discipline. The ability to lead both technical and commercial teams.
