Job Purpose:Custom, develop, and maintain Internal Systems/CRM Applications for use in business transitioning manual workflows and processes onto semi/fully automated platforms.Reporting and integration for Internal Systems: Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Cloud Apps.Project integration solutions across the enterprise and determine integration/interface requirements. Ensure applications and systems interoperate to deliver end-to-end solutions and maintain the integrity of the system of-system enterprise.Designing and delivering API’s best practices and data integrations across Microsoft CRM and Cloud Apps.ResponsibilitiesSpecific objectives and deliverables will be agreed as part of your annual Performance and Development Review (PDR) process, the points below are a summary of your main duties and responsibilities.Job-specific responsibilities:Ensure stable and reliable operation of Internal Systems/CRM Applications.Administration and troubleshooting for Management applications. Day-to-day performance monitoring. Excellent knowledge of SQL architectures.Strong working knowledge of Object-Oriented Principles and Design Patterns.Solution documentation for the projects. Business Application workflow automation & Orchestration.Develop solutions based on analysis of business and technical requirements.Building and Designing advanced Reports using Reporting Services.Specialization:Bachelor's degree in communication/computer engineeringMinimum experience of 2 years.Great understanding of application design and programming principlesHands-on experience with programming languages like C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, and the peculiarities of web application development.Experience utilizing MS SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.Hands-on experience with application integration - Web Services (SOAP/RESTful, WCF, Web API, Windows Service)Experience in CRM Dynamics 365 Cloud and On-Premises.English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading, and writing).Arabic: Native command of (Speaking, reading, and writing).
