CRM Engineer (Zoho)

Bevatel is hiring a CRM Engineer (Zoho Implementer) to join its dynamic team.Website: https://www.bevatel.com/Location: Dokki-Giza (Totally on-site)Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze customer business requirements and processes. Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders. Design and recommend solutions using Zoho applications. Configure, customize, and implement Zoho products based on customer needs. Develop custom functionality, automations, workflows, and integrations. Build solutions using Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs. Perform data migration, testing, and deployment activities. Train customers and provide post-implementation support. Document requirements, solution designs, and technical specifications. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvement and additional automation. Understanding of systems best practices, sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and business process automation. Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration projects. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.Core Skills:Requirements gathering and business analysis. Solution architecture and design.
